System Operation

Each station is equipped with a control box and a station alert light. Located in a central location at the head of the post and rope line is the Main Directional Panel.

When a teller, cashier or agent presses the button on the control box, the station alert light will illuminate. At the same time the Main Directional Panel will illuminate on either the right or left side and a chime will ring alerting the customer to proceed to the available station. The Main Panel will automatically shut off in 2, 4, 6 or 8 seconds as selected by a switch on the rear of the panel. The station alert light will automatically shut off in 8 seconds or as determined when ordering.

There is a second push button on the station control box to illuminate only the station alert light. This is used in a situation where a customer has been called and the alert light has turned off before the customer has reached the station. This allows the teller, cashier or agent to illuminate the station light without contacting the panel to send another customer to the station.

Options

The system is available in the following:

• Low Voltage operation: hard wired from panel to each station.
• Remote Control operation: a transmitter at each station with a receiver
  located in the Main Panel (no wires between panel and stations).

Decor options

• Station alert light bases and Main Panel frames are available in brushed aluminum, polished aluminum, brushed gold, bronze and black.
• Main Panel face panel graphics are available in a selection of standard designs or can be customized for your logo or decor.
• Station alert lights are available in a variety of styles including, 2" square, 3" square, 3" round, mini light or edge light. Any 120v lamp or 12v lamp may also be used with our control boxes to complement a custom design or decor.
• The Station alert light globes are white with inserts available in blue, red, green, yellow or orange.
