System Operation

This all in one Take-A-Number system is a 5 ft. floor column equipped with a Number Indicator, ticket dispenser, on/off, run-up, down and reset switches. The system is operated by station control boxes and optional station alert lights if desired.

As the customer enters the office they pull a ticket from the dispenser in the column and wait in an area near the Number Indicator. When an agent presses the button on the station control box, the number advances on the column, and a chime sounds. The customer with that ticket number proceeds to the available station. A station alert light can aid the customer in locating the available station quickly. An optional illuminated sign above the indicator can read "Please Wait" or "Please take a number and be seated".

The switches located on the top of the column can be used to adjust the Number indicator to match the ticket at the open of each business day.

Options

The system is available in the following:

• Low Voltage operation: hard wired from Number Panel Control to stations.
• Remote Control operation: a transmitter at each station with a receiver located in the Number Indicator.

The Number Indicator is available in 2 or 3 digit models.

The Floor column can have 1 or 2 Number Indicators.

Decor Options

The Floor column Is available in any color laminate with a variety of legends on illuminated sign located above the Number Indicator.

Station alert lights are available in a variety of styles including: 2" square, 3" square, 3" round, a mini light or edge light. Any 120v or 12v lamp may also be used with our control boxes to complement a custom design or decor.
